Drew Cote (Coach)
Drew joined group Crossfit classes in 2015, transitioning into our fusion individualized programs in 2016 and now coaching in 2018. He brings a strong workman’s attitude to the gym everyday and hopes to translate that into coaching, creating a solid training environment for everyone. As the most Canadian person in the building Drew has a broad sport and athletics background in hockey, rugby and nearly 10 years as a snowboard coach. Plagued with injury he’s spent a lot of time rehabbing, going back to zero and re-building strength and stamina. A “no excuse” type of guy he will push you to show up, work hard to get the most out of the time you put into your training. When not coaching Drew enjoys cheat days, playing sports, splashing around in the surf, making coffees and shaking cocktails at local hotspot Sneaky Baron.
